About the Event
Boxing to the Beat will be a rhythmic, cardio workout that infuses boxing combos, beginners dance moves, and basic fitness exercises with upbeat party music. Get ready to move, and get ready to SWEAT!
This class is all about COMMUNITY, FRIENDSHIP, AND INCLUSIVENESS. All are welcome to join in one the fun.
All proceeds for Boxing to the Beat will be donated to The Loveland Foundation. The Loveland Foundation is an organization that is committed to bringing healing and opportunity to the Black community, with a special focus on Black women and girls. Their Therapy Fund for Black Women and Girls aims to raise money to provide 5,000 hours of free therapy to Black women and girls, while bringing awareness to the importance of mental health. This clas is a minimum donation of $20 in order to gain access to the Zoom link, but donations of all amounts are welcome! Please spread the word, and help us raise money for this amazing cause.
